Visit our GAMCA Medical Appointments website or contact our customer support to obtain a list of GAMCA-approved medical centers nearby. You can also see the list on our website. Book an appointment by filling out the form by clicking the Book Now menu at the top. You have to take the medical tests at the alloted center. We will send you the schedule and all the required instructions.  Just follow them.

Required Documents

When you go to the GAMCA medical center for the medical checkup, you should carry the following documents with you. If you have any doubts call us.

• You should have a passport with at least six months of validity and a photocopy.
• Copy of the visa or relevant travel document.
• Two passport-size photographs with a white background (as specified by GAMCA).
• Work permit or employment contract (if applicable).
• Your offer letter from the employer.
• Any existing medical records, test results, vaccination records, etc.
• Proof of payment for the medical tests.
• Any additional documents or medical history required by the specific country’s regulations.

What To Wear?

You should wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothes as you have to go through many physical examinations. You may have to change into a hospital gown for some tests. So always stay prepared. Keep an extra dress with you for additional precaution, but you may never need it.

Fasting Requirements

Follow the fasting guidelines the medical center provides for specific tests, such as blood tests. You can also ask them if there are any other pre-steps to follow before you visit the medical center. Keep some snacks with you to munch as you go through each test.

What To Do At The Medical Center?

Complete any necessary paperwork or forms upon arrival at the medical center. Undergo medical tests, including blood tests, X-rays, urine analysis, and a general physical examination. Be cooperative and honest during the examination process.

Get The Medical Report

Please inquire about the timeline for receiving the medical test results and collect them from the medical center. If you get a medical unfit report, call us immediately. We need to check the report to know if you have any illness. If you have any illness, tak treatment. Once you are healthy again you can apply for another GAMCA medical test.

Analyze The Medical Report

Review your medical results carefully to ensure all tests meet the required standards. Consult the medical center for guidance on resolving any issues. But if you get a medical fit report, there is no need to worry.

Submission to Relevant Authorities

Submit the medical results to the appropriate authorities or follow the instructions from your employer or visa processing agency. As your medical report comes from GAMCA approved medical centers, you will get quick approval.

Validity Period

Be aware of the validity period of your medical examination results, as specified by the relevant authorities or country regulations. Mostly its valid for three to six months. If you cannot clear the visa in this period, you will have to take another meidcal test to proceed further.

Follow-Up

If there are any abnormalities in the results, follow up with the medical center or healthcare provider for further guidance and necessary actions. You should follow this step, if you got a GAMCA medical unfit report.

Comply with any requirements or instructions from the GAMCA-approved medical center or relevant authorities.
