Cancellation Policy

Upon booking our service, you can cancel within 48 hours if we have not generated the GCC Slip. However, we will deduct a cancellation fee of ₹250 before we send you the refund amount.

Once we have generated the GCC Slip, we cannot accept cancellation requests or refund your payments.

To cancel a GAMCA medical appointment, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Refund Process

We will issue refunds under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation before a specified period or condition. We will refund promptly after deducting the cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation beyond the time limit but before generating the GCC Slip. We will assess the eligibility for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

3. You will receive the refund within 5 to 7 days after it is initiated. The money will be returned using the payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to evaluation based on the circumstances of each cancellation. You cannot claim refunds for cancellations after generating the GCC Slip.
